User agreement
1. Parties and scope
These rules describe how to use ONESTAND. They cover your account, balance top-ups, case openings and operations with virtual items.
You may use paid features only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and may lawfully use these features in your location. Do not use the service to bypass restrictions that apply to you.
2. Your account
You sign in through Google or Steam. Use an account you control, protect access to it and keep your Standoff 2 player profile up to date. ONESTAND does not receive or store your Google or Steam password. If you suspect unauthorised account activity, contact the Operator.
3. Case openings and virtual items
Before confirming an opening, review its price, the available items and their displayed probabilities. An opening returns a randomly selected item. Its displayed value may be lower than the opening price. A particular item or profit is not guaranteed.
The resulting item appears in your inventory. You may use the actions available for that item, including selling it for the displayed amount credited to your balance or requesting a marketplace withdrawal in Gold. Review the amount and destination before confirming an action. An item price shown by ONESTAND is not a guarantee of its resale price elsewhere.
4. Balance and payments
Before topping up, review the payment amount, currency, payment method and any charges shown at checkout. Use a payment method you are authorised to use. A top-up is complete when the payment is confirmed and the balance is updated; opening or closing a payment window alone does not confirm payment.
If a payment or item operation has an uncertain status, check its history before repeating it. Keep the transaction reference and contact the Operator if the status remains unresolved.
5. Marketplace withdrawals
Withdrawals are available from 25 Gold.
The minimum applies to the value of the prize you select in your ONESTAND inventory. Follow the withdrawal steps and list your selected skin on the Standoff 2 marketplace at the exact price shown before confirmation. ONESTAND purchases the listing and covers the 20% marketplace fee and the skin value shown in your request.
You can cancel a request in Withdrawal history during the first 3 minutes. Keep your listing and game avatar unchanged while the request is active. A prize under review stays locked; rejection before purchase makes it available again.
6. Permitted use
Do not use another person's account or payment details without authorisation, interfere with the service, exploit technical errors, attempt to manipulate results or use the service for unlawful activity. Report technical errors instead of exploiting them.
The Operator may restrict access when necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect accounts or comply with law. Any restriction must be proportionate to its reason and must not remove your statutory rights concerning completed payments or items.
7. Errors, refunds and complaints
Contact the Operator about duplicate or unauthorised charges, an incorrect balance, failed operations or undelivered items. Include your account identifier, the date, the transaction or item reference and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
The Operator will review the circumstances and the remedies required by applicable law. This agreement does not exclude mandatory rights to cancellation, refunds, correction of defective performance, compensation or access to a competent court or consumer authority.
8. Changes and ending use
You may stop using the service and contact the Operator about outstanding payments, items or account closure. Ending use does not remove either party's outstanding obligations. Material changes to these terms must be communicated before they take effect; they do not retroactively alter a completed transaction.
